NO!!!, that's basically where I used to go rafting/tubing back when I used to live in Colorado! On the Clear Creek River...We usually started right before the first tunnel on the way up to Black Hawk (tis fun up there), then we'd go all the way to that 'park' in Golden.
ps: I be moving back to Colorado, so i must show you some 'intense' climbing places in Morrison : P
